These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pursuit Tag ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Muhammad Aiman Furqon, for the website pursuittag.com and the Pursuit Tag mobile apps. By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Pursuit Tag lets you design and export activity cards from workouts you record in-app (Track) or import from connected fitness sources. The product is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Pursuit Tag. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in details secure.
You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself without permission.
You can delete your account in Settings or at pursuittag.com/account/delete.
If you connect a partner (for example Strava, Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, Apple Health, Health Connect, or Huawei Health / Health Service Kit), you authorize us to read the workout data needed to list activities and generate cards — typically distance, duration, elevation, route/location, calories, and heart rate, as shown on that partner's consent screen.
Those partners' terms and privacy policies also apply. We do not receive your partner account password.
You can disconnect a source in Pursuit Tag or in the partner's app settings. Disconnecting stops new data access; it does not automatically delete cards you already exported.
We request read access only, except when you choose to save a Track session back to Apple Health or Health Connect.
You keep ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content you add to cards. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the editor, exports, and features you use.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
Do not abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
Do not reverse-engineer or misuse partner APIs through Pursuit Tag in a way that violates those partners' rules.
Do not use imported health or location data for advertising, resale, or surveillance.
Pursuit Tag, its layouts, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Partner marks (Strava, Huawei, and others) belong to their owners and are used only to identify a connection.
Pursuit Tag is a design and sharing tool, not a medical device. Activity stats depend on partner data and device sensors and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or partner-service outages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the service was free).
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
