FAQ

How do I connect my Strava account?

Open the editor and tap Athlete Profile (user icon) in the control bar, then tap Connect with Strava. After authorisation, your recent activities load automatically.

What if I don't want to connect Strava?

In the Athlete Profile modal, choose Start Manually to enter distance, time, and pace without connecting an account.

Strava connection isn't working — what should I do?

In Instagram or Facebook in-app browsers, open the three-dot menu and choose Open in browser (Safari or Chrome), then try again. In the Pursuit Tag iOS app, use the latest TestFlight build.

Is my activity data stored?

No. Strava data is fetched live each session and is not stored on our servers.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings (profile icon in the header) → Delete account, confirm in the dialog, and wait until you return to the home screen. This revokes Strava access and clears Pursuit Tag data on your device. You can also visit Account deletion.

How do I save or share my card?

Tap Export or Copy Sticker. When finished, a success screen offers shortcuts to Instagram and our Strava club.

My card looks blurry — what can I do?

Use a modern browser or the latest iOS app. Low-power mode on older devices can limit canvas quality; Safari on iOS is recommended.
